Data deletion

You can ask Airbytech (SMC-Private) Limited to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what we delete and what we may have to keep.

How to ask

Send us a deletion request in either of these ways:

  • Email: airbytech@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  • WhatsApp: message +923267469874 with “Delete my data”.

Please include the email address and/or phone number you used with us, and your company name if you are a client or partner. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm the request from that same email address or number.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we have received your request within 7 days.
  2. We delete your data, or make it anonymous, within 30 days of confirming your identity.
  3. We tell you when it is done, and which records, if any, we had to keep and why.

What we delete

  • Your contact form enquiries and the campaign and referral details attached to them.
  • Your WhatsApp conversations with us and your lead record in our CRM.
  • Your newsletter subscription and any review you submitted.
  • For partners: your partner account, identity document details and photo, and payout account details, once all commissions are settled.

What we may keep

  • Invoices, payments, commissions and other accounting records we must keep under Pakistani tax and company law, generally for 6 years.
  • Information needed to resolve an open dispute, a refund or chargeback, or to prevent fraud.
  • A short note that you asked not to be contacted, so we do not message you again.

Kept records are used only for these purposes and deleted when no longer required.

WhatsApp and Facebook

  • Deleting a chat in your WhatsApp app only removes it from your phone. To remove our copy, send a request as described above.
  • To stop receiving marketing messages without deleting your data, reply STOP on WhatsApp.
  • If you connected a Facebook or Meta business account to Airbytech, you can also remove our app from your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Business integrations, then send us a request so we delete any data we already received.

Travellers who booked through an agency

If you booked through a travel agency that uses a Airbytech platform, that agency controls your booking data. Please contact the agency first. We will help the agency carry out your request.
