Terms of service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you use the Airbytech website, our live demo portals, our WhatsApp channel and our partner program, and when you buy software or services from Airbytech (SMC-Private) Limited (SECP CUIN 0294973, Office No. 47, 2nd Floor, Toheed Mall, Queen Road, Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our services
Airbytech builds and supports travel technology for travel agencies, OTAs, consolidators and Umrah operators, including B2C booking websites, B2B agent portals, admin panels, travel CRM, mobile apps, and flight, hotel and payment integrations. The website describes these services in general terms. The exact scope, price, timeline and support level of anything you buy is set out in your written quotation, order or service agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
2. Using our website
- Use the website lawfully and do not try to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to it or to our other systems.
- Information you send us through forms, WhatsApp or email must be accurate and must not belong to someone else without their permission.
- Prices, features and examples on the website are for information and can change. A price applies only once confirmed in a written quotation.
3. Live demo portals
- Our demo portals and the demo logins on our website are for evaluation only. They may use sample fares, hotels and bookings, and data you enter may be reset or deleted at any time.
- Do not use demo portals to make real bookings, take real payments or enter real customer or card data.
- Demos may change, be unavailable or be removed without notice.
4. Accounts
If we give you an account (client, partner, staff or admin), keep your login details secret and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is misused or puts our systems or other users at risk.
5. Clients: platforms we build for you
- Your brand and data: your name, logo, content and customer data remain yours. We use them only to provide the services to you, as described in our privacy policy.
- Our software: Airbytech keeps all rights in its software, designs and know-how. You receive the licence or ownership rights stated in your agreement.
- Suppliers: fares, availability, hotels and payments come from third parties such as airlines, GDS, bedbanks and payment gateways under their own terms. We do not guarantee their prices, availability or uptime, and you are responsible for having the supplier contracts, licences and approvals your business needs, including IATA or travel agency licences where required.
- Your customers: you are responsible for your own terms, refund rules, taxes and legal obligations towards the travellers and agents who book through your platform.
- Payments: invoices are due on the dates in your agreement. Prices exclude government taxes unless stated, and applicable Pakistani taxes are added where required. We may pause services if invoices remain unpaid after reminder.
6. Partner program
Partners introduce travel agencies to Airbytech and earn commission on payments those agencies make. The main rules are:
- Joining is free and subject to our approval. We may verify your identity before paying commission.
- Commission is 15% of an introduced agency’s first payment and 10% of its subscription payments for 12 months, unless your dashboard or a written agreement shows a different rate.
- An agency is credited to the partner whose link it followed within 60 days, or whose partner ID it entered. If two partners claim the same agency, the first valid referral counts.
- Commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it is based on, so refunds and chargebacks can be settled. Payouts are made when your balance reaches USD 50, to the payout account you verified.
- No commission is earned on your own purchases, on payments that are refunded, or on referrals obtained through spam, false claims, paid ads on the Airbytech name, or any other misleading or unlawful method. We may cancel such commission and close the account.
- We may change commission rates for future payments with notice in your dashboard. Commission already earned is not reduced.
7. Messages from us
If you contact us or give us your number, we may reply by WhatsApp, phone or email about your enquiry. We send marketing messages only where allowed, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.
8. Liability
- The website and demos are provided “as is”. We work to keep our services available and accurate but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost bookings or lost data, or for failures of third-party suppliers, networks or payment providers.
- Our total liability to a client for any claim is limited to the fees that client paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
9. Ending the relationship
You may stop using our website or close your account at any time. Ending a paid service follows the notice period in your agreement. When a service ends, we give you a reasonable chance to export your data, then delete it as described in our privacy policy and on our data deletion page.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any dispute through discussion. If that fails, the courts at Sargodha, Punjab, have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
